HOW WE GOT HERE
At El Toril , every dish tells a story — a story of tradition, hard work, and the unbreakable bond of family.
Our journey began decades ago, when our father immigrated to America at just 15 years old. He arrived with little more than a dream and a relentless work ethic, determined to build a better life. The kitchen quickly became his second home — a place where he could stay connected to his roots, share the flavors of Mexico, and forge his own path.
After over 30 years in the restaurant industry, our father fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened El Toril . He poured his heart into every detail, from the hand-picked ingredients to the carefully preserved family recipes passed down through generations. His food wasn’t just about feeding people — it was about bringing them together.
Today, El Toril is proudly run by his sons, two brothers ,continuing the legacy he started. As second-generation restaurateurs, we’ve grown up watching our father’s dedication and passion. Now, we carry that same commitment forward, blending time-honored traditions with new energy and ideas to keep the spirit of El Toril alive.
